Peraino Olive Oil
The Peraino Girolamo farm was created in the 90's. More than two thousand centenarian olive trees, such as Cultivar Nocellara, Cerasuola and Biancolilla, are grown just in the middle of the protected area "DOP Valli Trapanesi".
We care about the quality of our oil: the cultivation is done in full respect of nature and tradition, In fact, we do not use herbicides or other polluting chemicals and the oil extraction is done by mechanical cold pressing so that the oil maintains its organoleptic and nutritional properties.
Our oil presents aromas and flavours typical of Sicily. We are very close to the sea and with a temperate and sunny climate. The acidity of the oil is less than 0,2% and all laboratory tests confirm its excellent qualities.
The Peraino Girolamo "DOP Valli Trapanesi" oil is monitored and controlled by responsible official bodies such as the Italian Customs and Excise Agency and the Chamber of Commerce of Trapani where you can find all the relevant documentation related to our oil, conforming to local, State and European parameters.
